Villa Sonriente is situated in the "Oasis" area of Los Narejos, just a few minutes from the town of Los Alcazares and just a 15min stroll or a 5 min bike ride (2 bikes provided) from the beach. The area is very flat and offers the opportunity to just relax and enjoy the local town and it's markets, the beautiful Mar Menor Lagoon and the many restaurants, bars and cafe's most of which are only a stroll away, without the absolute necessity for a car. Our representative in Spain can arrange a taxi service to and from Murcia airport.

Set in an extremely quiet area the villa offers every comfort including air-conditioning and a roof terrace to enjoy round the clock sunshine.
The living area comprises a lounge/dining room of generous proportions with English colour T/V and HiFi, DVD player, remote control air conditioning, a comfortable sofa , reclining armchair and a dining suite to seat up to 6 people.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and duel gas/electric hob and Microwave. A full range of utensils are provided including, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and selection of cooking dishes and crockery. . The villa sleeps 4 people and there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, a large bathroom with storage cupboard, shower etc and washing machine.
The 2 bedrooms and the main living area are equipped with individual thermostatic heating systems.

Outside is equally well catered for with seating at the front of the villa, a patio with a BBQ, table and reclining chairs to the side and a full garden roof terrace enjoying round the clock sun equipped with sun loungers, reclining chairs and table. |

BIKES
The area around Sonriente is very flat and offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the freedom of cycling. The beach, shops, restaurants and cafe's are all within 5 mins. Two bikes are provided at the villa (fully adjustable for all adult sizes) for you to use as you wish.
